This 7-day safari takes you through the stunning Lake Albert region, exhilarating game drives along the River Nile, and the ultimate African quad bike adventure. You’ll also get up close with Africa’s Big Five at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a conservation success story that has revived Uganda’s rhino population after decades of poaching.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Uganda

Welcome to the Pearl of Africa! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kampala. Take the rest of the day to relax and prepare for your adventure ahead.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, stop at the top of the falls to witness the mighty River Nile squeezing through an 8-meter gorge before plunging 45 meters into the Devil’s Cauldron. Check in at your lodge and enjoy a relaxed evening.

Day 3: Exploring Murchison Falls National Park

Start the day with an early morning game drive, where you may spot elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, and more. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Nile to the base of the falls, offering incredible views and sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and water birds. Optionally, take a guided nature walk to further explore the park’s beauty.

Days 4-6: Lake Albert Bliss & Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve

Journey to the serene shores of Lake Albert, where adventure and relaxation meet. Highlights include:

Quad Biking Safari: Ride through the breathtaking landscapes of Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve, encountering antelopes, warthogs, and spectacular scenery.
Sport Fishing: Try your luck at catching Nile perch and other freshwater fish.
Boat Excursions & Bird Watching: Explore the lake’s rich ecosystem, home to diverse bird species and aquatic life.
Leisure & Sunset Views: Unwind by the lake, soaking in the magical sunsets over the Albertine Rift Valley.

Day 6-7: Rhino Trekking at Ziwa & Departure

On the final leg of your safari, visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided trek to see Uganda’s only wild rhinos up close. Learn about the conservation efforts that have successfully reintroduced these magnificent creatures. After lunch, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe for your departure.
